Established in 1981 by Rob Hunter and Ross Kipp, Devon commenced its operations by overseeing third-party properties, initially managing ten properties encompassing 650 suites. Throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s, Devon progressively expanded its property portfolio while enhancing its comprehensive property management platform to cater to the evolving demands of its expanding clientele.
